This website has been produced by the United States Environmental Assessment Center. I am unsure about the knowledge and authority this organization has. I have not heard of this organization. The research on this website is all done internally which makes this site less creditable in my opinion. I believe this website is one sided and does not contain all the information that it should. One bias I saw was everything is about what is happening to the environment. The writers are not telling about what other factors could be contributing or how it is effecting the animals that are given the DHMO.

I am not convinced that DHMO should or should not be banned. I would have to know how DHMOs effect the general population as well as the environment. I believe that a lot of organizations go against one item and do not learn all the facts about everything that could have the same effects as the item listed.

If you are still confused about DHMO, then you should visit the press kit provided by the site. It might clear some things up for you.

Yes you totally need to revisit DHMO, and hit up that press kit. It will explain everything to you. It's pretty killer.

That was a pretty funny joke, and I totally fell for it. The press kit does explain everything, so I would check it out!

The joke completely got me as well!! Glad I'm not the only one! If you are wanting to teach older kids (high school or so) then you could use this to show them the importance of making sure your sources are credible!
